Marion County Clerk of Courts
The Marion County Clerk of Courts maintains all court records for the Court of Common Pleas. Internal court documents and records restricted by court order are excluded. Record retention follows Supreme Court rules: divorce records are kept for 25 years after the final order, while guardianship records are kept for 5 years after termination.
